Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up orders. Order pickup is by appointment only giving at least 24 hours notice. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card or at the time of pick-up.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will replace your products to suit your needs. You may return unused portion within 14 business days. Once we have received your returned product, Pink Kitti will issue you a refund minus shipping. All orders placed using Paypal will be issued a refund via Paypal.
